Ms. Jared offers 28 years of multi-state experience in the title insurance and real estate industry. Her areas of expertise include 22 years of title and escrow operations as a vice president and builder division manager involving merger and acquisitions, leadership development, regulatory compliance and due diligence for national title insurers. She was responsible for managing and marketing a large title agent handling high volume development projects while also introducing and implementing a streamlined and paperless closing environment. Cindy also contributes 5 years of additional business development experience, account acquisition, management and retention in agency sales for a national title insurance underwriter. Ms. Jared has closed countless transactions from a single lot to multi-site, multi-state commercial transactions nationwide.
Cindy has been with NDDS/ASM since 2013 and has been integral in the growth of the company, including developing and growing a multi-million dollar base of business. Her experience, consultative approach and attention to transaction detail, has made Ms. Jared an invaluable asset to the company and her clientele. She is a Florida licensed title agent, a small business owner and a certified sommelier.
