Senior Vice President National Accounts
As the Senior Vice President of National Accounts for National Due Diligence Services, Mr. Mannella has played an integral part in building brand recognition throughout the country for NDDS. With over 8 years in the commercial real estate industry, Brian has become a skilled consultant to his clients. He presents regularly throughout the country on commercial real estate due diligence to various groups of Real Estate Professionals; including Attorneys, Real Estate Owners, Developers and Title/Underwriting Professionals.
Prior to becoming the Senior Vice President for National Due Diligence Services, Brian served as an Account Executive with Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc. (IPX1031). He was responsible for the marketing, sales and education of the Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 throughout the Southeast United States. Brian provided various continuing education courses to Realtors, CPA’s and Attorneys.
Mr. Mannella graduated from The University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Marketing, with a minor in Political Science.
